Lead Summit · Swimming 2024

Date: Aug 30 - Sept 2, 2024 (Labor Day Weekend)
Time: Friday kickoff begins at 5pm, Monday wrap up is at 11am.
Location: Charlotte, NC
All inclusive: 4 days, 3 nights, meals, presentations, gifts, activities, activity transportation, etc. 
*CLT airport pick-up from Charlotte Douglas International Airport on Friday 8/30 and drop-off 9/2 is offered as an upgrade for girls traveling without parents for an additional $79 fee. The Lead Team does not offer at-gate airport sign-out and sign-in for unaccompanied minors. Check our FAQ page for more information on unaccompanied minors.

COVID-19 Policy:

All participants and staff are required to provide proof of a negative COVID test within 48 hours of arriving at the Summit.

Roommate Requests:

Roommate Requests may be made on the Swimmer Information form, which will be sent out in June.

Refund Policy:

Lead Sports Co. will refund Registrant up to 50% of purchased ticket price up until April 30, 2024.

Event Postponement:

If the Event is postponed, Registrants will receive an email and/or a phone call with rescheduling information. If the Rescheduled Event is not convenient, upon written notice to Lead Sports Co., Registrant shall be entitled to apply any amounts paid to a future Lead Summit event notwithstanding the foregoing. Lead Sports Co. has no liability for direct or consequential damages, including without limitation travel or hotel expenses, incurred by Registrant or Participant as a result of any cancelled or postponed Event.

Cancellation of Registration:
A Registrant may cancel their registration at any time 90 days prior (June 4, 2024) to the day of the scheduled Event. Upon written receipt of cancellation by Registrant, Registrant may apply any amount paid to a future Lead Summit event. Registrant acknowledges that the attendance at the Event is limited and failure to make timely notice may make it difficult, costly or impractical for Lead to find a replacement Participant. A Participant who fails to provide proper written notification in a timely manner as detailed in this paragraph shall forfeit any and all amounts paid for participation in the event.

Failure to Appear at Event. Failure of a Participant to show up to the Event without providing the required notice of cancellation prior to the Event shall result in forfeiture of Registrant’s payment for such Event. In such a case, neither Registrant nor Participant will be entitled to either utilize their fee to reschedule or receive any portion of the registration fee already paid.
