“We know that there’s so much more that goes into being a great athlete than just the physical training,” said Lead Founder 3-time Olympic swimmer Kara Lynn Joyce. “The goal of our online academy is to provide other crucial building blocks for confidence, leadership, and sport psychology - and experiencing these lessons with your teammates is the most effective way to learn and make big changes.”

The Lead Academy, the virtual education platform of the Lead Sports Co., offers courses on Confidence, Leadership, and Sport Psychology, curated specifically for female athletes, ages 12 and over. Developed over the course of two years as the premier virtual experience for female athletes to learn and engage with experts, all courses include hours of core modules, bonus videos, and printable PDFs. Additional courses on Nutrition and Sleep have been announced for Spring 2021. More information can be found at www.leadsportsco.com/academy
